Rachel Ward
Team Principal/Driver
Rachel is the founder, Team Principal and driver of RJK Racing. Havng been involved in motorsport from a young age, she brings experience from sim-racing, karting, coaching and race preparation to the team. Alongside competing, Rachel oversees day-to-day running, the team's development and long term directions,
She is driven by her determination to create oppoprtunities where talent, commitment and professionalism matter more than background.
Jack Ward
Team Support
Jack provides essential support across almost every part of RJK Racing. From helping Rachel with training and coaching, to driving to the cicuit and supporting the team throughout race weekends, he is always ready to step in wherever and whenever he's needed.
His encouragement, practical help and commitment behind the scenes play a vital role in keeping both Rachel and the wider team moving forward
Kasper Ward
Head of Morale
Kasper is responsible for maintaining morale across RJK Racing, a role he approaches with enthusiasm and absolutely no respect for personal space. Whether supervising work from the nearest chair, interrupting important meetings or providing compulsory cuddles after a difficult day, he ensures the team never takes itself too seriously. His duties also include quality control, keyboard inspections and making himself the centre of attention whenever possible.
Azra Doyle
Media/Marketing
Azra leads RJK Racing’s media and marketing, helping to shape how the team presents itself both online and at the circuit. Highly creative and a talented photographer, they bring the team’s story to life through engaging visuals and original ideas. Their work plays an important role in developing RJK Racing’s identity, sharing its progress and building meaningful connections with supporters and partners.
