Our ambition is to build a team that can support drivers through every stage of their careers, from the very steps in motorsport to the highest level that they can reach. We aim to provide the structure, knowledge and support each driver needs to develop, perform and progress.

Development sits at the heart of RJK Racing. We want to create an environment where everyone involved, both on and off track, has the support and opportunities they need to build their skills, gain experience and reach their full potential.
